Keep Missoula Housed grants financial support to families in Western Montana to support their housing needs during an emergency or financial crisis.

POLICIES & PROCEDURE:
(By submitting your application you are confirming that you have read and understand the following.)
- The Application Committee will review your application on a first come first serve basis. Keep Missoula Housed reserves the right to ask for additional information from all applicants including but not limited to a copy of the current lease agreement.
- A response of approval or denial will be issued generally within 10 days of the receipt of the application and all requested documentation.
- While the applicant might meet the grant criteria set forth by Keep Missoula Housed (formerly The Dubbers Care Foundation), this does not guarantee the request will be approved or establish entitlement to grant funds.
- All grant approvals expire two weeks from being issued. In the event instructions for fund disbursement have not been received from the applicant within that time frame, the approval will be considered expired and the applicant will need to reapply for funds (with no guarantee of being re-approved).
- All applications will be verified with landlords. If you do not provide contact information for your landlord and permission to contact them, your application will be automatically denied.
- We provide One Time funding. We cannot provide assistance to an applicant for the same purpose twice.
- Keep Missoula Housed does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expressions, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of it’s activities or operations, including application decisions.

- All funds are disbursed directly to the housing entity (Landlord, hotel, utility company, etc.).
- An incomplete application or not providing adequate details could result in an automatic denial.
